The Rochester Knightingales are the professional dance team for the Rochester Knighthawks. The Knighthawks are one of 10 teams in the National Lacrosse League. The Knightingales are under the direction of Corina Abadi. The Knightingales are lifting the NLL dance/cheer team to a higher standard.

The Knightingale dance team represent superior entertainment, fit, beautiful women, strength and fitness. Incorporating high-energy routines with professionalism, this group has earned the reputation of being one of the most versatile and entertaining squads in the league. The Knightingales are fun, outgoing professional woman who represent healthy goals.

In addition to performing at the NLL Rochester Knighthawks home lacrosse games, the team will support community projects through the Health Now Program. The primary focus is to present programs to area schools to educate the importance of healthy living. The Healthy Heroes Fun With Fitness program informs grade school children of healthy lifestyle choices and personal views from professional athletes on healthy living tips. The Knightingales also perform for other community service events like nursing homes and kids fests.

This highly recognized and respected group of women will perform at many exciting events and make numerous personal appearances including modeling, public speaking, event entertainment and fitness competitions throughout the entire region.

The Knightingales look for dedicated young women who are physically fit, talented in dance/cheer, and are able to present themselves in a professional manner. Because the Knightingales are influential role models to the youth in our communities, we will select women that are committed to leading a healthy productive lifestyle.

The Knightingales bring more entertainment to the already exciting Knighthawk games. They encorporate choreography from many different dance styles to make each performance original and new.
