Contest Rules
1. All videos/dvd’s must be post-marked by May 31, 2008.
2. Acceptable video formats: DVD and VHS.
3. All videos must be labeled with: Competitor's Name, Title of Dance and Phone Number.
4. Include with submission: Name of Competitors, Title of Dance, Age of Dancers, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, and Studio Name (if applicable).
5. Dancer may only compete in one entry.
6. All forms of dance are encouraged to apply. Dance must consist of only two people to qualify.
7. Only one entry per VHS/DVD. Video must be cued to the dance for qualification and must be the only entry per VHS/DVD.
8. Duet may not exceed 5 minutes in length.
9. Choreography or costumes that are not considered age appropriate by the panel of judges will be disqualified.
10. All submissions authorize the use of their video for Capezio publicity or online advertising purposes.
11. Winner will be notified by June 15, 2008
12. All results are final.
